Any Endeavor Home can be customized or modified to suit you, or you can bring us your own ideas for a custom home of your design. You can include any special design features, such as solar applications or wheelchair accessibility into your Endeavor Home
 
Endeavor Homes design team can produce construction documents, Title 24 energy calculations and truss engineering for your custom project. Building in California requires structural engineering on any project, which you can provide if you have a preferred engineer, or we can submit to engineers we work with for a custom quote on your behalf.

You may bring us a plan you've already completed and we'll be happy to provide a home package to your specifications.
